I bought $14,000.00 worth of doors from this company waited months for them and then two of them came in wrong even after they had their sub contractor Windowfits measure them before they were ordered. They were supposed to re-order both doors that came in wrong, but they only re-ordered one of them and left the other one as is. When the door they re-ordered came in it was wrong again after waiting another month and a half for it to come in. At this point, I told them I wanted my money back for the two wrong doors which started a month long process and half a dozen people involved. The company is the absolute worst and I will not buy so much as a screw from this company in the future.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
