I took my pool vacuum in 3 weeks ago and have been told 5 times now that the manager would call me back with an update either later that day or the following day. There were only 3 other vacuums in the queue ahead of me when I dropped it off. Have NEVER received a return call. Half the time they don't even answer the phone when you call. Aside from the terrible customer service, all Leslie's pool stores are wildly over-priced. You can get everything online or at Home Depot/Wal-Mart for a fraction of the cost. Their water testing is highly inaccurate because they just want to sell you chemicals. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, even it it means driving another 15-20 minutes.
