  Bought a $1000 vase fountain from Waterwise. It was placed in a protected side patio. Within 1-1/2 years the thin ceramic glaze began to peel off exposing the terracotta pot. I contacted Brent "Poncho" to ask what can be done at this point. He stated he would get back to me after I sent pictures, to which I did immediately. I have since made numerous attempts to follow-up with no response from Brent. We've had other fountains (Purchased at Madd Potter) for well over 10 years with no issues. Agreed with another review: Poor customer service and quality. High prices and there are better options in the area. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

  A lot to choose from. They have so much more in stock that you can't see from the freeway.

  Large selection of water fountains, statuary, metal sculptures, plant pots, and repurposed garden art. A fun place to explore for that unique find. My 18 month old granddaughter had a blast strollering around looking at all of the quirky garden art and sculptures. Gave it 4 stars only because it is little spendy.

  We just had our backyard done by WaterWise. From the very first meeting we had, Taven was great! You can tell when meeting him that he truly loves his job and wants to design something that you will love. He listened to ideas we had and what we wanted. He took all that, added to it, and came back to us with a design of an amazing yard! Once they started, he was here every day to check on progress and to answer any questions we had. Although Taven is awesome, Lupe and his crew are just as impressive! They arrive on time, make tons of progress, and clean up after themselves every day! They are very professional and easy to work with. They definitely take pride in what they're doing and want to make the client happy. Our yard was done in a quick 3 weeks and is absolutely everything we wanted and more! We would definitely recommend them to anyone! In fact, my parents are getting their front yard done by them next. You know they're good when you recommend them to your parents!
