Nearby business patrons are clearly using its parking lot up, especially during events (e.g. Sunday evening). Cost Plus lost business today because of its complete lack of parking which was not related to Cost Plus business itself. Time to start putting up signs for Cost Plus customer parking only, and start towin' violators. Parking in the nearby residential area was also full, and it seems other business lots are full too. Who is taking over this area? Crack down on it.

Most importantly, I’ve never had such a great customer experience in a store. In my recent visit, 4 different employees helped me, from floor associates, to the cashier, to the manager, going out of their way to answer my questions, find products, and resolve a personal issue I had at checkout. I originally intended to buy one item when I entered, but ended up finding other items that were also wonderful. Highly recommend.

Love the variety of products, some items can be expensive but you find very unique items in jewelry and home decor. I enjoy the variety of internal food products and beverages.
