- KPKay ParkerNov 17, 20251.0When Jenna did our yard 25 years ago, she had anything but the Midas touch. Every plant and tree she put in our yard has been a wrong fit for the yard and been in need of removal. They’re gone. It’s been a very expensive venture cleaning up after Jenna’s poor decisions. We’re now hoping to remove the final plant that remains: A tulip tree that she planted that has grown into a sap dumping nightmare that also causes a massive headache for our next door neighbors. It’s a huge tree that belongs on the East Coast with lots of space. Not in a smaller residential neighborhood. Any competent landscaper should have known that. We’re having to fight the city to remove this tree, hence my frustration. I feel compelled to speak out! One can’t help but wonder if Jenna really went to botany school. Her knowledge of shrubbery in hindsight appears to be elementary at best.

Jenna is brilliant, professional, and helpful in so many ways; she has been my go-to person for all kinds of plant and garden questions, and I really trust her. I really appreciated their help along the entire project. I have just started to talk to contractors for installation and I will update the review after it's done. This company is very resourceful; they help order plants (charged as an additional service), and they provide on-site management as well(charged as additional service). They are like a one-stop full service company, especially convenient for people who are flexible on budget and want to have peace of mind in quality.

What started out as a small project to add a water feature, turned into a complete remodel and to her credit, Jenna never pushed us to do more. We simply got inspired and Jenna helped us achieve our vision. I particularly enjoy our outdoor kitchen and being able to watch football Sunday afternoon while taking in the beautiful surroundings and sipping on a cocktail or two.
