    Get your Levelor rep. in to do a PK on their cutdown machine. No one in the store could cut made my cell shade. Maybe add staff to the store so I don't have to search for an assoc. to help me.

    As always... Hard to find help there! 1 guy was restocking, hey can you help me out. Nah I'm sorry I'm clocked out just restocking, another one, "not sure if I can" finally found another one but he was on it, hustling, I even felt bad to bother him compared to the two other turtles. If it wasn't because I had already purchased a previous floor from there and I wanted it to match, otherwise Home Depot for sure.

    I recently purchased a dishwasher at this location but never again! This was a customer service failure of epic proportions! First of all, after deciding on the dishwasher I wanted to purchase, I waited more than 20 minutes for assistance. The gentleman who completed the purchase was friendly, professional and efficient. The purchase was made on a Saturday and I paid for installation. I was told the dishwasher would be available for pick up by the installer the next day (Sunday), so I should hear from the installer as soon as that day and perhaps have my dishwasher installed as early as Monday. Having not heard a word since making the purchase, on Monday I called the store to inquire. The customer service representative with whom I spoke told me the dishwasher would not be available for pickup until the following Friday... 5 days after I was told it would be available. The representative also told me there was nothing I could do about it and I just had to wait. I explained to him the reason I made this purchase was because I could have it installed sooner than the choice I had made at another store and I don't appreciate being lied to, especially when the erroneous information was what I had based my decision on. I was told I had to wait for a call from the installer and couldn't even be given the name and number of the installation company to work with, even though that company was arranged for and paid through Lowe's. I wasn't happy but decided to let it go. On Thursday, now 5 days after the purchase, I still had not been contacted by an installer to arrange for installation. If they know the appliance is scheduled to be available for pickup on a specific day, then they should contact the customer and arrange for installation as quickly as possible. That didn't happen! I called the store again and asked to speak with a manager. The first manager with whom I spoke, Adam, was very friendly and professional and did what he could to help but unfortunately he did not have access to the appliance records, so he wasn't able to dig further. I was told I had to wait for Marco, the appliance manager, to arrive later that afternoon. When Marco called he was rude, flippant and dismissive, and offered no further assistance. I was basically told they don't have any control over the installation and it could be one of three companies so he didn't even have a name and number he could give me. I'll remind you, this installer was arranged for and paid through Lowe's. So here I am 6 days after purchase and I still don't know when my dishwasher will be installed. No one at the store could provide any assistance, and I have yet to be contacted by the installer to arrange for installation, so I have no choice but to just wait! I don't know what customer would be happy with that arrangement! This is most definitely the last time I will never purchase another appliance from Lowe's! They are unworthy of my business! Epic Fail!
