  Lauren has a very positive and amazing attitude. She is very helpful and kind. Made rent g a unit very pleasant. The site is clean and looks well maintained. Highly recomend coming in and speaking with Lauren.

  This will be my second time occupying a storage at this location. This place is extremely well kept and very clean. I’ve never had an issue with my stuff being damaged while storing it here. It’s very safe and clean. I wanted to do a shout out to Lauren, She was exceptional and so helpful ! She’s extremely informative and so helpful with wonderful customer service. Thank you Lauren.

  WARNING! The low price initially offered is to get you in the door and get all of your things stored. No sooner than you put that last item in and snap that lock closed, they will raise your rent. Not like $2.00 or $5.00 either. If you get a unit for $35, you'll be paying $65 almost immediately. From $65 they'll raise it to $95. In less than 5 months you'll be paying $110 because you must have insurance as well which is $15 a month. For a crappy closet!? They understand how much time, effort, and money that people put into moving everything there in the first place. They know that nobody wants to have to do it all again a month after moving in. They know that most people will just put up with being robbed for a little while until they get annoyed enough to organize the whole event again. If I wanted a $110 storage I would've picked that size. If you decide to store your things here, plan on paying double what you thought you were going to pay. Fair warning!

  INFESTED WITH RODENTS! Management doesn't even do their basic duty to warn tenants of possible infestation when it is blatantly obvious their whole facility is crawling with rats. Customers have already reported it many times. Every single person I spoke to confirm it and so does previous google reviews spanning many months. I've been a customer for nearly 3 years, ZERO word or care to me. Their page advertises "safe and secure, peace of mind while storing" "we will take care of your stuff" PURE FRAUD. Not even basic care or email to warn us? Imagine coming back from a long trip away to find all your stuff chewed out, pissed and defected on. With the amount of money they charge you would think the units would be airtight but they are not; allowing rodents to roam freely. Why was I not sent a notice or warning? Now they want to give me the run around with a bogus insurance claim that will most likely get denied like they did with many their previous customers? Check their Better Business Bureau page to see. I lost several thousands of dollars and my sanity dealing with this. At this point why would anyone pay for this service if you can just toss a shed on a lot and get the same service? I've already sent the message to corporate, no response. I'll file the insurance claim, but it will most likely end in their legal Jujitsu dening it. THANKS EXTRA SPACE STORAGE!! I loved having a rat fall on me while emptying out my unit! The 2 hour ride back home was pleasant with my entire truck smelling like rat urine. I also enjoyed not flying my paramotor during my stay but instead having to empty my entire unit and leave! YOU'RE THE GREATEST!!! I've attached some pics so we can all witness the greatness of storing your stuff with this company. This is only a fraction of overall damage. (BTW the rat escaped to neighboring unit) I was in L359
