I walked up to the check out and found employees lali gagging with Dennis. The woman said she would send someone when the worker arrived an africian American guy said I can't cut you 45 feet of wire and insisted I buy rolls of 50 feet for 35 bucks each. Our company has shoped here for years as Pro customers and came here for the great customer service but the employees are getting laxed and not wanting to work. This conduct is becoming contagious spreading to employees in tools as well I asked the tool guy for a plumbing part and he said down isle 16 at the end on the left it wasn't at that location. I found the part half way down 16 on the right wasting my time that wasn't valued. Then at check out Dennis had an attitude 😒. I will notify corporate one corporation to another then hopefully a meeting will take place or customer service will improve.
