I waited 2 days for a response and even when I sent follow uo text, I got no response at all. Their service may be good but maybe they don't need the customers or money that bad. Either way, if they can't be polite enough to follow up then they don't need my business.

It was easily the best installation crew we've ever encountered. The two sisters running the business are straight-up, honest, and easy to work with. Dealing with this locally owned and experienced company couldn't have been more pleasant. You won't be disappointed.

However, we were quite impressed with Garmar right from the beginning, and began to reconsider, especially because we had an issue with our previous "go-to" company. Garmar staff and installers were great from the estimate to the work completion. They were knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient throughout what can be an overwhelming process - and with endless choices - BEFORE we committed to using them! There were no high-pressure sales tactics. Pricing was competitive and fair. They were on time for appointments and quickly responded both to questions and to one minor glitch we had during installation. Installers worked tirelessly to complete project in one day. After the project was complete, we even received a nice thank - you note from the owners. How great it is to do business with a local family-owned company with such integrity!! Highly recommend!
