- ABAlona Buil-MacartyAug 24, 20251.0We got an ortho mattress here, it was memory foam, started off very firm, were advised it will soften up a bit. Well it softened up a LOT. It formed this sinking space under where i sleep, and it is now painfully soft, less than a year after purchase, but of course after the 3 months period they give it to show signs of defect. Tons of money for nothing, be ware.
