But when it comes to billing, they’re always on time! What’s the point of having security if they don’t show up when needed? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

We have two types of alarm panels (we discovered on our own) the so called technician kept saying there was something wrong that we'd have to replace the keypads and the panels, thousands of $. Hours spent doing nothing, when someone that had any knowledge of alarm systems would have just looked at the different keypads and knew what the issue was.. Do not use them.
