  Great service. Facility is very secure and well maintained. I've been renting with them for 3 years now and haven't had any issues.

  It's been great but we're do i pay mu unit by Jan 1st stopped by the storage office no one available no phone to to call or wb site...

  I came to set up a unit only for a month. I just had a few things to store until my new place was available. I Set up the unit over the phone, but no one was on site to take the lock off my unit. They told me I’d have to wait 24-48 hours to get into my unit that I just paid for? I said never mind cancel it because I needed a unit that day. Took my money in two seconds but have to wait 5-7 business days to get it back? Then a few days later another $155 was taken out of my account. So the first incompetent employee set me up took my money and failed to tell me I have to wait for someone to be in site to take the lock off my unit. Then the second incompetent employee I spoke to did not cancel my unit after being on the phone with her for an hour and somehow I got charged and additional $155 that I’m waiting to get back on top of the first $155. $310 in total of my money taken and I never even stepped foot in that unit. Nothing but thieves and frauds work for this sham of a company. Anybody that unfortunately has a unit here fist off I’m sorry, and second I found a unit at A Storage Place in Montclair. I’m paying $95 for a bigger unit and there was somone actually on site and actually did their job. I highly recommend A Storage Place. I will make sure to leave a bad review for fast and ez storage where ever I can.

  I have 2 units in the facility and i closed one out and Frank has made it simple and easy, to close my account out, he has great customer service! Thank you Frank
