Contacted Lowe’s and they only have 48 hour return window! Told by them I had to go through Samsung Warranty, and then had to wait another 2-3 weeks for someone to come out only to not be able to fix it and have to order more parts and wait another week for someone to come back. This is completely unacceptable for a BRAND NEW APPLIANCE! I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYMORE APPLIANCES AFTER THIS DISASTER! Be ware! Update 2/7 they finally found and fixed the part needing replaced but put it back up crooked and bent. I’m so disgusted with this entire experience. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THROUGH LOWES OR SAMSUNG EVER AGAIN!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
