- SBSuzan BSep 15, 20251.0Never buying another thing from Leslie's. 0 STARS!!!! Absoutely awful cusomer service. Purchased a pump yesterday ($1300) Brand new box - the "O"ring was sliced. I called the store & asked - they did not have one within 200 miles of Modesto. When I asked if they could open a new box so we could have the part today (we took a vacation day off to replace the old pump with the new pump) HARD NO. This was after we drove to 4 harware store trying to find a compatible one. Still none. Who helped us make this right? Gordo's pool supply. Absoutely wonderful.

The other thing I really like is that testing of pool chemicals is free! I try to go there at least once a week to get my pool balance checked. I don't have a pool service and I handle everything myself. I will say this, the prices are over-priced. If you want to get a good deal, DEFINITELY shop on Amazon. IF YOU CAN WAIT BEFORE YOU HAVE TO PUT THE CHEMICALS IN THIS IS THE WAY TO GO! Usually I'm able to get my chemicals the brain next day from Amazon. Same brand and everything come out sometimes 5 to 10 to 20 bucks cheaper. So it's definitely worth it if you can afford the time. The staff is very friendly here though and I have never had any complaints! They are very helpful... I have large experience with this store. I've purchased everything from salt, chemicals to parts for my pool sweep here...I'm just telling you, you can get it cheaper online if you can wait a little bit!
