Guy came out made a new key when to program the new key and said my immobilizer was bad which is not bad my initial problem with the car was not the immobilizer it was my key breaking and losing the chip. They took apart my glove box and left the latch halfway on with one screw. Charged me $120 then tell me when I get the new part for the car they would charge me an additional $50 come back out to complete it. I didn't even get the key that he made for the car he still has it. When called to complain they said they could give me a refund or try to send another technician out. I told them I wanted another technician out here to fix the problem. Then got a phone call stating the fact they cannot give a refund or send another technician out because my car had mechanical issues which in fact it doesn't. I want either a refund or someone to come out and do the job rite as well as put my glove box back to norma UPDATE - so after going back and forth with this company they did give me a refund of $50 out of the $120... So let's get this straight I don't get a full refund AND I'm still left with a broken glove box that's gonna take time and money out of MY pocket to fix Makes no sense what's so ever. I'll stick to the 1 star review. People do your self a favor and hire a professional to do the work pay the extra.
