A associate would call to give an estimate. 15 minutes later I spoke to an associate with a thick accent I explained my problem. I explained I just needed a quote for replacement of a key FOB. I got a quote for 153.00 dollars I hung up. They sent a locksmith anyway to my address saying I am here to fix your key. I explained a second, third and forth time I only needed a quote. The tech Smith was upset with me but I only wanted a quote. I Was called twice after that about this matter from the dispatcher. Both the tech and the dispatcher were not listening to me on this call.
