    Love all the stuff in this store but there is never enough help at the registers and there are always lines/lots of waiting. Employees can be a lil weird

    Great hobby store. Everything for crafting. During Christmas the lines can get crazy. Plan to spend 1/2 hour minimum in line. No self-checkout.

    I went to this hobby lobby to do a return of some letters I had bought at Tracy. I was in the area so decided to return here! What a mistake the evening manager was so rude wouldn’t do the return. She said there’s no footage of me buying the letters even though I had my receipt and my credit card! I will never go back here! Implying that I stole $9 dollars worth of letters is crazy!

    Very poorly managed. Avoid if you value your time. During the busiest month of the year, there were only half the registers open. Lines of at least 30-45 minutes! There was no dedicated return counter so returns are handled by the checker and a roving manager, adding to other customers’ wait times. I tried to pay cash with a hundred dollar bill and it needed manager’s approval. Yes, they may have some good discounts, but the frustrating lines and wait times take away from the good deal. All of this shows a complete lack of respect for customers. They need to up their game if they want to compete with online shopping.
