I signed up with them and the guys wrote my cc number down and then they called me for payment. Not sure what happened there. I let that go and they scheduled my initial follow up appointment for me. I am sitting here waiting and waiting because they never gave me a window of when the tech would show up. I have called and was on hold for 30 min. I hung up and called back and was on hold the same time. I called back and signed up the call back when it was my turn. over 30 min has past and nothing. I have text messaged the girl from the phone she called from yesterday when her headset died so she called me back for my cc information. She has not answered my text. If I do not hear back from them soon, I will request a refund and cancel. I am not going to deal with a company that takes money but doesn't respond past that.

However, when that was finished and we had them for a spray only service, they dropped the ball from the communication perspective. They'd show up without the call before hand. i was supposed to get a call the day before and then they'd just show up without warning. They didn't complete the entire service multiple times. If you need to have a call before service, Clark isn't for you. They will not do it, even after you call and ask for it multiple times.

No matter what time it is, during their open business hours, I waited a minimum of 48 minutes to speak with someone. Then that person said I needed to speak with someone in another department and I waited on hold again. When I was finally fed up with them and I wanted to cancel my service I was told there wasn't anyone in the canceling department and someone would call me the next day. So, today I called at 7:30 am. and when they started the run around with me again I said no and I would hold until I got to speak with a supervisor. After holding again a supervisor came on and said he would cancel my service. I asked him to send me some kind of proof that I canceled the service and he said he didn't have an official document for that. I said I don't need an official document. An email or text message will be fine. I just want something that proves I canceled my service. And, once again he said he did not have the ability to do that. Clark Pest Control is the most frustrating business I have ever had to deal with!
