Give both of those a 10 out of 10 Feedback for Lovesac in general- - custom covers are not available as a swatch from the store, online swatches are 5 at a time and take weeks to arrive, necessitating my having to go to the store to pick out fabric rather than from home ( where I could best evaluate w my surroundings) - for those of us who are just not handy, having no option to pay someone to assemble the sectional almost cost you my business. I already have loungers that need to be configured differently w néw covers and a few more seats/sides so I bit the bullet. But am REALLY unhappy with the notion that one has to figure it out on their own. You are not IKEA, and I expect more support from you. Thank you for listening Jill Duplechan

Would definitely recommend this product to friends and family. My original order was lost by FedEx and the manager here helped me by resubmitting a new order for me and calling to check up on it's arrival.
