- AIAll 3 IT Inc.Jan 30, 20245.0We purchased a large sectional from LoveSac Mission Viejo store, but there is a story here... We had it priced from another location and it was just too much and we weren't confident that the pricing was correct, so we decided to go see another store to see what they would quote, and how they would help us. Well, they did. We figured out some things we didn't need and found a couple of other ways to save and it made all the difference in the world. Finally in our budget, confident that we got what we wanted with nothing added, we were even able to add storage upgrades to 2 pieces! Thank you Jessica for taking the time and really teaching us about how we could accomplish getting a couch on our budget. After teaching me, while waiting for some color and discount things to happen, I got to help another couple who was buying at the time too! Shout out to my new friends Dean and Sheila.

Give both of those a 10 out of 10 Feedback for Lovesac in general- - custom covers are not available as a swatch from the store, online swatches are 5 at a time and take weeks to arrive, necessitating my having to go to the store to pick out fabric rather than from home ( where I could best evaluate w my surroundings) - for those of us who are just not handy, having no option to pay someone to assemble the sectional almost cost you my business. I already have loungers that need to be configured differently w néw covers and a few more seats/sides so I bit the bullet. But am REALLY unhappy with the notion that one has to figure it out on their own. You are not IKEA, and I expect more support from you. Thank you for listening Jill Duplechan
