Give both of those a 10 out of 10 Feedback for Lovesac in general- - custom covers are not available as a swatch from the store, online swatches are 5 at a time and take weeks to arrive, necessitating my having to go to the store to pick out fabric rather than from home ( where I could best evaluate w my surroundings) - for those of us who are just not handy, having no option to pay someone to assemble the sectional almost cost you my business. I already have loungers that need to be configured differently w néw covers and a few more seats/sides so I bit the bullet. But am REALLY unhappy with the notion that one has to figure it out on their own. You are not IKEA, and I expect more support from you. Thank you for listening Jill Duplechan

Upon delivery, Cindy called & texted me and went beyond helping me to understand how easy it is to put together this wonderful couch! Cindy also helped me in choosing just the right fabric. When I returned to add an additional piece, Robert was exceptionally helpful and figured out what I needed to expand my sactional. I couldn’t be more pleased and am extremely thankful for such personal, professional customer service.

It was most definitely worth the drive to see the show room and talk with the associates. The variations of fabrics, and styles available, its not just a 'bean bag' shop it's a furniture store.
