Unfortunately our hands are tied and we have to get our pool supplies from here because with the coupon it is cheaper than anywhere else. So this baked employee at the counter wouldn't take a coupon I had for 20% off. I received the coupon by email on December 2nd and I never noticed that the coupon expired on December 1st so the kid wouldn't take the coupon and I said I'll pull up the email and tell you when I got it. And sure enough, I received the coupon on December 2nd and it had a expiration date on December 1st, so there's a bit of a typo problem or you're sending out emails too late. The issue took a long time to resolve because you're talking to somebody who's stoned and not with the program. I think Leslie needs to be more on top of who they hire. Do the recreational stuff off hours.
