    Ashly was excellent! Very high product knowledge, very good communications, listens very well, patient, along with solved several of my previous issues. Very professional. —— Dawn was also good but has been out sick the past week and I couldn’t wait; began process Dec. 22-ish. —— (My 3rd La Z boy) I do not care for the companies policies, I.e. — regarding delivery, (front door, and extra-$ for in home and set up; cheesy manipulated upsell. - no cash accepted for initial 1/3 %-payment down; how dies this create more paperwork? Counter intuitive.. - ONLY_ 2 fabric choices included in recliner price; very nickel and dime upselling. Most likely a built in “limited fabric choice” to press an upsell. $200 up charge for swivel. Again manipulative.upselling. — Your pricing is only for a stripped down model. Analogous to buying a car, we expect basics to be included in base price. Basic functional expectations. —- These company policy, built in upsells unfortunately leave a bad taste in the overall customer experience. Again you feel nickel and dimed. The actual whole, “value” experience. is manipulative. —— Sidebar: I found the digital puppy dog sales deal with the iPad customer space, “chair placement amusing; taking mental ownership. Clever, but that raised a red flag for me (was not to scale at all) as I then realized I had a limited space issue which resulted in a downgrade in final chair $-sale. Enough.

    We purchased a power lift chair for my mom. She loves it. From start to finish, Alan, the sales manager was great and informative, through delivery times and the actual delivery. I researched many brands. You cannot beat the quality or warranty of the LazyBoy. I would definitely purchase from this Mission Viejo LazyBoy again.

    I just purchased a recliner, a dining table and side tables at the LZBoy’s sale over the weekend. It was a great sale so well worth moving forward with the purchase. I had Matt at the Mission Viejo store help me choose the right recliner for my needs. He was great with his explanations of the different advantages of different chairs. Then I had Ashley, the designer, come to my home to help with the color choices. The free home design visit is a great advantage especially with selecting colors as they look in your home environment. My choices changed with the samples she showed me. All in all LZBoy was an outstanding experience from start to finish!!!

    We ordered both a couch with recliners and a sectional with 2 recliners. When the designer came to our home, we told her we wanted extra firm bottom cushions on both. We asked in the showroom if LaZBoy could store the pieces for a couple of weeks if they were ready before we finished our construction and were assured they could. Delivery was to happen in 12-16 weeks according to the store. After ordering I noticed that they were ordered without firm cushions. When we called, they said it couldn’t be changed and designer said she thought we didn’t want it because we chose fabric instead of leather?? Manager offered a 30% discount based on us accepting as is. We agreed. After only 8 weeks, we were notified that pieces were ready. New manager refused to put off delivery date and refused to honor the discount that we agreed to. Super disappointing experience!
