  22 years ago I bought my 1st sundance spa and I just upgraded to the Montclair 780 model, and also bought the Clearlight Outdoor 2 sauna. My husband and I are delighted with both. Johnny at Aqua Paradise was superhelpful to work with. His knowledge of different options and no pressure info made the decision easy. From purchase to delivery, crane, electrician, removal and set up - his team were all top notch. I highly recommend talking to Johnny at Aqua Paradise before your next purchase.

  Fantastic service! Entire team is really good, helpful and patient answering all the questions. First time buying a spa, so we had a lot of questions. Prices are fair on top quality spas. Highly recommended.

  From our first visit back in March of 2023, John has provided the best possible service and information. We waited 6-months to buy as we were remolding our home and yard. No pressure to buy even as we visited a few times to ask more and more questions. We’ve enjoyed our spa now for 18 months and it’s perfect. John and the folks at the store are so friendly when we come in for chemicals and their prices are as good as or better than online. We highly recommend John and Aqua Paradise in Mission Viejo, CA.

  We needed a replacement part for our Jacuzzi diverter valve. Johnny personally handled our problem by calling their sister store in Laguna Hills to verify the part was in stock before sending us over to pick up because he didn’t want us wasting our time. As we had purchased our Jacuzzi from the Jacuzzi store before it closed, we have Aqua Paradise handle any issues that arise with failed parts. Johnny took the time to get to know us and our back story, discussing possible water conditioning/sanitizing options to alleviate some skin itching possibly resulting from chlorine. Kudos to Johnny and Aqua Paradise for providing exemplary customer service and genuine care.
