    Associate Dee even Manager Scott does not seem to want to help or value our business and sucks at customer service, this is the first time we were treated like this and I have brought many appliances in this location. Dee was jumping back and forth and helping others instead of finishing up with our purchase not interacting at all but a Hi and Thank you. We are not asking for big parade but a decent service. I asked the manager (Scott) about the reduced price and was told it was damaged, I repeated and asked him again and he said no it’s not damaged but it’s a damaged product with some dings and scratches and Dee told us it was a display never used. Why would Lowe’s sell if it’s already damaged. Damaged and some visible defects is two different things.And FYI the dryer has no dings or dents or scratches at all. Both of them do not have knowledge of what Lowe’s is selling and ddnt bother to look it up to give us a reasonable answer. But I do want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to SERGIO who brought the dryer upfront and offered to help us load as soon as our vehicle comes, he showed willingness to help customer and seems easy to approach. Thank you SERGIO for atleast making the bad experience a little better for us.

    In and out if you can find someone to help you and if you find someone he already has 2 or more people waiting for help. They use to have a guy there that helped out a lot some times it wasn't his department but he was always willing to help but I haven't seen him there in some time his name was William or will but he did work different departments and he was very helpful

    Honestly Eric the closing manager on shift today was so awesome. I called a bit frustrated/concerned over a price change on google and the site online for Lowe’s and he didn’t hesitate to make things right for me if I went in store. Once in store In the appliance department I was then helped by Sergio and Veronica and they were amazing as well great costumer service from these 3 employees aside from me getting there close to closing hours they did not rush me or made me feel like I had to leave the store they helped me with my needs & most importantly helped us save an extra bill in my wallet this Christmas! Thank you !
