  I recently had a very disappointing experience with Clark Pest Control while attempting to cancel my service. When I called to cancel, I spoke with a gentleman named Joe, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. I was already frustrated that a technician had come out to perform service on a day when it had been pouring rain all day long, which made the timing of the treatment seem ineffective and poorly planned. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, Joe became snappy and cocky during the call. At the end of the day, all calls are recorded, and I sincerely hope a supervisor or someone in management takes the time to listen to how this employee—who represents the company—speaks to customers. His tone and attitude were unacceptable. Customer service should always involve professionalism and respect, especially when a customer is raising legitimate concerns. It’s important for employees to remember that without paying customers, there would be no business and no jobs. I expected far better service and courtesy, and unfortunately, this experience fell well below that standard

  You can’t be a homeowner without Clark Pest services! I like that your services are affordable, timely, your techs are professional, and you‘ve exterminated rats, spiders, gophers and earwigs from our home so we kind of love you. Brian is the best!
