Then I called my landlord to let them know that they got robbed, so they re-contacted Bob's to come back and do it again... And the same thing!!! I walk into my apartment and I'm greeted by roaches!!! It's crazy to think after all I did to make sure this issue would get solved and now twice, mind you in about 2 weeks that NOTHING has been accomplished. Not to mention they're RUDE on the phone... Another negative. Never again after twice in 2 weeks... Pay better and get it done right.
