I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable, honest, hardworking service that puts customer care at the top of the list. We recently had our pool pump break on a Wednesday, which was very difficult as we had planned on family coming in town that weekend from Chicago who were excited (to say the least) to swim in our pool. I called Jay and he came out the very next morning. I was stressed to hear the cost to fix it due to it being a fairly new system. Because Jay has relationships with many different reps from various pool companies, he made a call and got clearance to fix my pump FREE of charge under warranty. Despite his busy schedule, he came over Friday morning and fixed everything just in time for my guests to arrive. Not only that, he had the pool services as well to make sure the pool was at its best. I cannot thank you enough Jay! We use him for weekly cleanings and service. He takes the time to teach us about pool care and how to make the best of it. I could not say more- You are the best!
