  Writing this review on behalf of Alpesh. Len did an amazing job at repairing our fridge and in a timely manner. Highly recommend booking services through him!

  Absolute disaster. Company recommended by manufacturer, guy comes out, calls into his office on what to do, spends ages on phone, runs the debug cycle on the dishwasher and then leaves before it's done. Theory is that it's issue with pump. I do my own debugging, turns out it's the dishwasher pods that's the issue. Honestly exhausted by it all at this point and staggered at the service. Waste of $150.

  Terrible service, fridge is 2 months old and Trans Global was sent out to repair the new fridge took over 2 week to get a person in and almost impossible to get a hold of anyone to perform the repair work. I called and email several times and they forgot about us they don't care. Food has spoiled and we have no way of keeping our food for our family refrigerated. I'm writing this review while I'm on hold waiting for the next available agent for 15 minutes know. I have no food and no working fridge and no one at transglobal cares to answer the phone or email. Save your self the grief and never, never use Trans Global for a repair service you will wish you hadn't. Their service is an abomination, and no one cares

  We recently had some intermittent Issues with our power reclining sofa, the technician Aaron was very good at isolating where the problem was and getting the parts in quickly to perform the repair. Very knowledgeable and friendly, will take the time to ensure no more problems will occur. Despite this being the first time I've ever needed a repair on something new Aaron the Technician makes the bad situations better. I hope to have no further issues with this product but I know if I do with technicians like him they won't be issues for long
