- IBImelda Barry1 day ago5.0My dishwasher was not draining properly, so I called to have a service tech come and check it out. Len came by this morning. He was very professional very courteous. He called when he was on his way and he certainly took care of the issues with the dishwasher and made recommendations to avoid that problem in the future. I would certainly recommend Transglobal but personally, I would certainly ask for Len as the service tech if there were any further issues.

- HKHeidi KraftMay 5, 20261.0I would not recommend this company. They took over a week to come look at the parts, even tho I had found the parts that needed to be ordered and emailed them pictures. Then it took 2 weeks for the parts to come in and a new appt to be made to fix it. But what frustrates me the most is that the tech texted the day of the appointment (and I took the day off work) that they now don’t have all the parts and will not be coming, even tho the parts that they did have in could have made my wash work for the time being!
- DZDanielle ZelinskyApr 28, 20264.0Bernie did a thorough job replacing the broken start/pause button underneath the panel. All washer functions were tested afterwards to be sure the machine was in working order. If the order desk had accepted my offer of photos that showed the broken button on the panel and the model #, the tech would not have had to return after he took photos of the exact same to order the part after the first visit.
