Excellent customer service and smooth delivery! The team was very careful with our new stove and took care to remove our passageway doors (and the oven door), so there was no damage to the stove when bringing it downstairs (these were crazy window maker stairs too!!). 5 stars for their patience and caution!!

Our family has shopped at The Brick for years and we continue to choose them for all of our home furnishing and appliance needs. The customer service has always been exceptional, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of.
Recently, our upright freezer stopped working. Thankfully, we had purchased The Brick’s Signature Plus extended warranty. The warranty process was smooth and stress-free, and we were provided with a loaner freezer while everything was being sorted out. We are now awaiting our new convertible freezer and couldn’t be happier with how the situation has been handled.
A special thank you to Randy for his professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer care. During what could have been a frustrating experience, he made us feel supported every step of the way.

I cannot believe the poor quality of the products at the Brick. We bought a desk that arrived with broken pieces and peeling veneer. The bed cracked in half when my 60 pound daughter sat on it. One customer service reps solution was useless, wait for parts to come in the mail in 4 to 6 weeks. At least another was more helpful and got replacement parts for the desk at the distribution center. But I'm done. I want a refund. Now I have to take the bed apart for them to take it back. I will never shop here again.
As you can see below the Brick reached out to me and said a manager would be in touch with me within 48 hours. It has been 48 hours. No contact from a manager. Why would they? They already have my money. Now, on my moving day, I need to disassemble my daughter's bed so there is room to put her mattress on the bare floor. Moving into a new house and my daughter getting her own room was supposed to be special. Not anymore.
Update, they reached out. They said based on the picture of the bolts, we must have assembled it wrong. Add a courtesy, they will let me buy it again for $200 😂😂😂

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
