We had an excellent experience with customer service Kiran in particularly at the St. James location (1065 St. James). We came in only 30 minutes before closing to exchange one piece of our sectional sofa, and Kiran went above and beyond to help us.
She handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently, coordinated with the original store to verify all the details, and kept following up to make sure everything was completed on time so we could receive the replacement the very same day. She also gave the pickup warehouse a heads-up to ensure everything was ready for us without delays.
What impressed us even more was how professionally she managed multiple customers at the same time while still giving us excellent attention and care. Her ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain friendly and client-oriented throughout the entire process was truly outstanding.

I ordered a table in February. The table is great. They charged me a fee of 338.46, which I was told I would be refunded and it would be sent in the mail. It’s been 5 months and still nothing, I’ve called and talked to 2 different employees and was told a manager would call me. Still nothing…

Very, very disappointed with the customer service at Brick Kenaston location. I ordered appliances for my new house, and at the time of purchase the sales representative kept assuring me that everything would be delivered on time. Some of the appliances were special orders, but just to make the sale they promised all items would arrive by April 28.
When nothing arrived, I went back to the store on May 1st and was again told that everything would definitely be delivered by May 8th. Now it’s already past that date and still there is no update, no communication, and no proper follow-up from anyone.
This has been extremely frustrating and stressful, especially when you are trying to move into a new home and depend on these appliances. The worst part is the customer service — once they get your money, nobody seems to care anymore. Every time I ask for an update, I get different answers and false promises.
If they are giving customers estimated delivery dates, they should honor them instead of making false promises just to close a sale. I would not recommend this location to anyone. If anyone is still planning to buy from them, make sure to get the delivery date and promises in writing before making payment. Do not rely on verbal commitments from the sales staff. Completely unprofessional experience.

The Brick Winnipeg South. Bought a mattress just before a sale. Manpreet promised if I called him the day the sale started he would put through a price match and refund the difference. I called him and spoke with him and he said he would have the money refunded on my credit card. I asked him if he needed me to come in and he said no and that he wouldn't lie to me when I asked if he was sure. One week later and no refund on my card. Called the store and sure enough no refund was put through. This time I went in person to make sure it went through. No apologies from anyone.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
