Terrible customer service. I bought a reclining sofa that broke within a few months. Despite taking the "extended warranty" it has been MONTHS now and they still have not fixed it or replaced it. Their communication is terrible and they have not offered any compensation for the delay or offered to replace. Last time I called for an update it sounded like I woke the person up as they groggily said He..lllo? Not identifying the Brick in their greeting. Thought I had the wrong number at first until they confirmed I had the right department. Brick - you should be embarrassed!

Sanchit along with other stuff at the brick are nice people, i bought a sofa at the brick, i was assisted with getting what i wanted, from the moment i walked in, till when i got what i wanted, If what you need is above your budget you can talk to the stuff and they’ll make sure you get something durable and great within your budget. My experience shopping there was really amazing. 🤩 I am definitely going back there to purchase other furniture. I would recommend anyone who wants to shop but doesn’t know what they really want to go to the brick.

The sales lady who served me in the store was very knowledgeable allowed me to look around, suggested I try the mattress before I purchased it, the delivery guys were great, very respectful of my home, got in and out with no issues
The man who called me about my delivery was another story, he was rude and ignorant to the point I was going in to the store to get my money back and shop elsewhere, he argued that my delivery was on the Saturday the 4th not the 3rd like it was scheduled, I am a huge fan of the store and have bought all my furniture from them but this guy did
Not make my shopping experience favourable! I was amazed that he did
Not even apologize for the mistake on his part! If I have to deal with him ever again in the future I will go to another store!

June 5th purchased a power sofa with chaise.
Delivered Jun7, could not plug in the chaise because power cord routed to wrong side.
Driver called in and customer service called 3 hours later to inform us the someone would call within 3 to 5 days.
Went to see the store manager next day and he was not interested in helping us out. Told me to wait until received the phone call which we never received. Call the store customer service on June 11 and they said to wait until next Tuesday. ( still no call)
Emailed the Brick.com on June 16. Said someone would call within 48 hours. ( no phone call)
Wife went into the store on June 18 to talk to the salesperson and customer service to complain. Tec called on June 19 to say they would come June 29 to look at it between 5 and 7 pm.
He arrived at 6:45 and took 5 minutes to re- route the cable and plug it in.
BUYER BEWARE!! As you can see their customer service have got to be the worse I have experienced in my 71 years.
We purchased the extra warranty and I hope we never have to use it!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
