The delivery itself was a 5! The drivers were prompt and courteous.
I made a call to the store just after the delivery though and it was a 0/5. I thought I needed a levelling tool to level my new dryer so I asked the customer service rep about it. He was very difficult to understand and clearly did not comprehend my question. He said he'd need to talk to the salesperson and email management. Then he called back and told me that management replied and said the delivery drivers could not come back to level the machine. I did NOT ask for that at any point. 🙄 I had asked about a levelling tool. Then he read their policy about the customer needing to level the machine on their own if they don't buy a dryer vent kit. Very frustrating considering I was asking about a tool. I was prepared to set the thing up myself. In the end, I tipped the machine and was able to level it without a tool. The Brick really should consider language skills/comprehension when assigning tasks to employees. I understand that everyone needs a position, but some people are better suited to certain jobs than others. It is very frustrating to explain a problem, be completely misunderstood and have a NON issue explained. Really left a negative impression.
* Just looked up The Brick delivery policy and it states that they are supposed to level the machine. It doea not state anywhere that a purchase of a dryer vent is necessry for them to level the machine.

very pleased with the delivery process, the delivery guys were very careful and did a great job carrying a heavy couch up a flight of 16 stairs, they removed all the plastic wrap and cardboards and took all the garbage with them. it was a quick delivery, they did a great job!
what i also really liked is that the brick provided a live tracking website to see how many deliveries are ahead of us, this way i had an idea of when the delivery will take place. thank you very much !

I have very bad experience due to my warranty claim . It was annoying that first they were denying to cover my sofa under 5 years warranty because according to them it was not genuine leather and fabric but at some point I was able to convince them that it is a fabric one . Then they said okay we gonna cover it under five years after my 3-4 visits to their store. But now , they are making more excuses that this is not peeling (my sofa start peeling off) it’s color discrimination. Now they gave me print out warranty papers which is saying this covers this not while they don’t describe anything when we purchase anything from there.its so frustrating

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
