Would definitely put 0 stars if I could. 3 Separate issues
Bought a washer and dryer which were originally supposed to be delivered but due to the long waits we decided to pick it up at their store. We arrive and the warehouse workers bring them out and leave, leaving me to load them in my vehicle by myself.
Then bought a dishwasher and microwave which were supposed to be ready at the Regent location. Went to pick them up and they weren't there. They shipped them to a different location. They told me it will be at the Regent location in a week, go back a week later and they are still not there even after receiving a call. They eventually shipped them to our house and waived the delivery fee.
-Bought a fridge which was supposed to be delivered May 12th. I called and the fridge isn't even in the country. Trying to deal with the customer service lady at the Regent location was next to impossible, she was extremely rude and would not provide her name. I asked her to transfer me to her manager and she said he is in a meeting, so I asked to transfer me to her supervisor and she said oh there not here.
I have spent over 20 grand at the Brick and I highly doubt I will ever again.

The delivery was awesome, the movers were very friendly and efficient even though they had to maneuver around a lot of construction vehicles in our area as well as handle our ungraded side yard. They measured everything to ensure a damage-free delivery and ended up having to remove our door to make sure the package would fit safely. Very pleased!

My furniture buying experience was a pleasure from start to finish. At my age, I’ve been to many stores buying bigger ticket items. Whenever I’m in other stores, there is this feeling of always being watched and , yet worse, follows around the store. This high pressure tactic automatically leads me to the exit. The young man I dealt with (Dillon) was professional, friendly and above all not a high pressure person.
The communication from sale to delivery was top notch. Thanks for a good buying experience!

The Supervisor tryed to lie and say her staff followed up with my order when I never received one phone call from anyone with ANY UPDATE. I've dealt with this brick for over 5 years this must be new management, this was ridiculous they were defending a worker and trying to blame the paying customer for a worker not doing their job properly...... I have everything in my emails and I'm still the one whos lying ????
I was the only one reaching out after they delivered me damaged furniture trying to get an update and made me feel like I was in the wrong to do so. You deliver damaged furniture, you should be making that customer a priority with trying to get an update as soon as possible.
Then hangs up on me when I ask for a complete refund to my order, I will never ever support this location ever again.

Good morning,
I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding my recent purchase of a sectional from your Regent Avenue location in Winnipeg. The experience has been extremely frustrating and has not met reasonable expectations for customer service or product quality.
Upon delivery, I discovered that the sectional was defective. I contacted the store within one hour—well within the 24-hour reporting window I was advised of at the time of purchase. I was instructed to report the issue via email, which I did promptly. However, I did not receive confirmation of receipt for several hours and had to follow up by phone. When I was eventually connected with customer service, the interaction was unhelpful and lacked professionalism. I was told the matter would be reviewed and I would receive confirmation later that day, which did not occur.
In addition, I was sold an ottoman that I later learned was unnecessary, as the sectional already included a pull-out feature that had not been disclosed to me in-store. When I raised this concern, I was told I could return the ottoman within seven days, but only at a different location on St. James, which is approximately an hour away. Despite this inconvenience, I proceeded with the return. However, the invoice I received inaccurately stated that I was returning the ottoman due to lack of space, which is incorrect. I clearly communicated that the item was sold to me unnecessarily.
The issues continued when I did not receive any confirmation regarding the defective sectional, even after multiple follow-ups over several days. I was repeatedly told that updates would be sent, but they were not. When I escalated the matter with my salesperson, I was told to “relax,” which I found highly unprofessional, particularly given the circumstances and the amount spent (over $3,000).
Eventually, I was informed that the defective item would be replaced. However, the accompanying documentation again contained inaccurate information, including a statement that I had been offered a discount, which was not the case at that time. After I requested that this be corrected, I received a follow-up call in which a discount was then offered, creating the impression that the documentation had been misleading.
When I went to return the ottoman at the St. James location, I was told it was eligible for exchange only, based on the incorrect information included in the invoice. This directly contradicted what had been communicated to me previously. After further effort on my part to resolve the discrepancy, the return was eventually processed.
It has now been 25 days since the original delivery, and I still have not received a usable sectional. While I have been informed that a replacement is available, I have been told that delivery is only offered on Mondays. As I work full-time, I am not able to take time off during the workweek to accommodate this limitation. I paid $150 for delivery and reasonably expect a delivery schedule that is workable or an alternative solution.
Overall, the lack of communication, repeated inaccuracies, and inconsistent service have made this a very disappointing experience.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
