Recliner chair was bought as is….floor model. Very satisfied with the chair but not the delivery. Chair was not wrapped properly in plastic so it arrived in a soiled state. Should not have to clean a newly bought piece of furniture.

If I get chance to give less than one star I would give. Specially I would recommend never get warranty from Regent location. First time I claim warranty for my broken sofa’s spring, coffee table and broken ottoman. They rejected claim and said we can’t approve because ottoman can’t broken. Second time I claim my warranty for my dining table’s chairs and reject my claim again said nothing wrong with chairs. I didn’t get any update without calling or visiting in store. Whenever called or visited store they just ask for more photos nothing else. I asked the staff why there is no update without calling or visiting the store She said we have shortage of staff. But that’s not customer’s solution. If they don’t want to approve anyone’s warranty claim then why they push customers to buy warranty

We purchased a Fridgidaire double wall oven & had really great help with the process.! Our sales person was very knowledgeable & did everything he could to satisfy us. The Brick price matched another place we could purchase the same ovens from and matched the shipping as well. The delivery was on time & the guys were friendly. They took the packaging with them & will come back to get our old ovens once this is installed.

I should probably know better from past experiences but there are only so many furniture places….
Over my adult life I’ve made several purchases thinking the next scenario will be different.
Staff is all over you to sell you something but when delivered, their products are lower quality or come damaged. The delivery service associated is usually on time based on the window advised, but the furniture often comes scratched or even with wrong parts all together.
Will be going somewhere else in the future. Customer service department is not super helpful and had to be convinced to rectify the situation. The $s they offer to refund you for damages are so minor so you opt for an exchange, putting yourself in the same situation where another damaged product can be received. The two stars is really only because of their delivery service.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
