  Dear Leon’s Customer Service, I am writing to formally express our frustration with an ongoing and unacceptable experience with your Regent location in Winnipeg. My husband and I purchased a two-piece sectional on March 8, with delivery scheduled for April 1. Upon delivery, one piece was correct, while the second piece was the wrong orientation. We were advised the correct piece would be delivered on April 15. On April 15, the situation worsened. The delivery team arrived with the same incorrect piece again. They removed both incorrect pieces and left us with only one usable section of our couch, leaving us without a functional living room setup. To make matters worse, during this delivery, your team drove approximately 40 feet across our wet front yard, running over a four-foot tree and causing significant damage, including deep ruts in the lawn. We contacted the Regent location immediately. We were told our delivery fees would be refunded, a replacement would take another 3–4 weeks, and that the warehouse would contact us the next day regarding the property damage. That call never came. After multiple follow-ups and only after mentioning a potential police report, we were finally contacted. The warehouse manager’s response was both dismissive and concerning, as they questioned the legitimacy of our claim and suggested the damage may not have been caused by your delivery team. For clarity, we have video footage clearly showing the delivery vehicle driving through our yard, as well as extensive photographs documenting the damage caused. This evidence is available and can be provided upon request. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. We have been left without a complete couch for an extended period, our property has been damaged, and we have had to repeatedly chase responses instead of receiving proactive customer service. We are requesting the following: Immediate confirmation and priority scheduling of the correct sectional piece Full refund of all delivery-related charges Proper acknowledgment of responsibility for the property damage and a clear plan for repair or compensation The opportunity to speak directly with a decision-maker who has the authority to resolve issues of this nature A written apology addressing both the service failures and the handling of our complaint We expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution. If this matter is not addressed appropriately, we will have no choice but to escalate further. Sincerely, Jessica Bosshart

  We purchased a leather chair. The store screwed up on the purchase. When I told them all they would say is sorry. Would not change to what we agreed about. Was supposed to receive a kit to keep leather soft. Did not receive that. They were very unprofessional. Would not recommend buying from this store. Have purchased from Ellice store no problem. Have purchased from their Brick store on Regent with no problem.

  Had a delivery scheduled for today and they would not deliver because there wasn’t someone over 18 present. That’s a garbage policy. Pay you this kind of money and nobody has the brains to call and say hey we can’t deliver for whatever reason. I could have be there in minutes before your delivery team just up and left.
