  Bought a floor model. Did not recieve some parts. They messed up the delivery of some items. When we tried to contact them, they were not answering the telephone.

  Bought 2 chairs and a bed in early May. Had to follow up several times to receive any info about delivery days or time. Was advised that the bed was not due until August. Left messages for the sales person to call me. Went to the store to speak to a manager and was told the bed is in (June 14) Was then told they tried calling and my voicemail is not set up. I have no missed calls and my voicemail is setup. Now they are not able to deliver until July. I asked what if any other attempts to call me or arrange delivery were made? Shrug shoulders. No apologies or explanation. But I did get a pretty thank you card, with the QR code for this Google review. Once items are paid for, customer service is terrible. Prior to paying I was told 2 weeks, for delivery. Not 2+ months. Would have reconsidered the purchase.

  Terrible customer service. I ordered a table which had a scratch on it when it FINALLY arrived. They credited me 50.00 on it, however it also had bubbling under the stain, and anything you put on the table left marks. Totally dissatisfied with this purchase and won’t shop there ever again.

  Couch is great and price is right but their delivery team yanks your day around, lies, doesn’t communicate. Called me to tell me they would be there in 30-45 minutes, I drive all the way across town in a rush to be there at the new place in time, only to sit in front of my new apartment waiting for over an hour while their delivery team doesn’t answer the phone from either myself or their own customer service department. Just sitting here without any idea of when these guys will actually show up after they lied to me, putting my entire Sunday on hold for god knows how long. I expect WAY better service than this if I’m spending 4+ digits on furniture, this is downright embarrassing. Don’t call and tell someone it’s going to be there in less than an hour only for it to take way longer than that. Exceedingly disrespectful to my time.

  We were assisted by Shivank, the Sales Associate who made our target delivery date possible as we reside outside Winnipeg. He allowed us to choose what we needed and what fits our budget. No pressure to buy other stuffs. Very respectful and very accommodating. Unlike the store manager at The Brick in Regent who treated us not so well. Thank you Leon’s and thank you Shivank.
