  Wunderful people to deal with, from start to finish, all were very professional. I love our couch, I will definitely go back to Leons to buy more furniture as needed

  Horrible experience. Ordered a dining room set that was delivered June 26, the table has 2 cracks on the legs and damage on the surface. We contacted Leon's by phone in addition to submitting photos of the damage immediately, asking to exchange it for a table that isn't damaged. It's now day 10 and they keep telling us a technician has to assess it to see if it's repairable before they can allow a return or "reselection". We've been eating on the floor for over a week, every day we call Leon's and every day we are promised it will be resolved the following day, but to wait this long and no technician has even phoned yet?! Never mind waiting on them for however many days it will be to come "assess" the damage to see if it can be fixed? WE DON'T WANT A DAMAGED TABLE! If it's repairable, great, Leon's can sell it to someone else. Absolutely deplorable policies and customer service. Don't waste your time or money buying from here.

  The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. We ordered online because we are rural. Someone called from this store to discuss order. Didn’t leave any details had to use call back number from call display, no name, nothing. In message says please call us back ???? I called back 5x , no answer, same bloody automated voicemail over and over if I want know the hours go online . What a useless statement if you’re calling. Not everyone can just go online. No answer so I call the other number for Regent, they state they can’t help me , I didn’t order from their store. I said no I ordered online I don’t care what store it comes from. I ask to speak to the manager who repeats the same thing, then says I’ll connect you to that store, same bloody automated voicemail. So no I have a missing order with a mystery problem and no one answering the phone. Absolutely ridiculous, when I do get a hold of someone I’ll be cancelling my order!!!

  Purchasing the furniture was easy, however, getting the furniture and setting a delivery by the sales person was very complicated and done via text. Alot of miscommunication and was very unprofessional. Had to get the store manager involved and then everything after that went smoothly, however, for this reason I am giving this a 3 star.
