- MAM AOct 6, 20265.0We had such a great experience at JYSK Polo Park, and especially want to recognize the manager Tarek who helped us with our sectional sofa. They went above and beyond to help us, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely takes the time to make sure a customer is taken care of, but that was definitely our experience here. Their patience, kindness, and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. We’re very happy with our sectional and even happier with the service we received. Thank you so much for going the extra mile Tarek— we will definitely be shopping at JYSK Polo Park again!

- VDVanesti DragonSep 28, 20264.0Nice stuff. Store feels a little cluttered; there is just so much stuff! Staff were slow. We lined up behind two returns with one staff member at the counter. He waited at least 5min before calling for another person. By then three other customers were lined up; all of us looking mildly annoyed by the time a second till opened. I know it always feels like a longer wait than it is... he still waited way to long to call for another staff member. The fellow that did, eventually, assist us was very pleasant and helpful.
