  The staff was amazing, they were happy to help solve problems, and work with my specific needs. The staff at Polo and Pembina (thanks Kaimil) went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and find the things I was looking for! I haven't had this great if a shopping experience in a long time. It was a genuinely great experience. Will be a coming back to do more shopping. The new manager at Polo made for a fantastic experience and felt like they help with genuine care.

  Targek was so pleasant from the time I entered the store and offered his expertise while I was looking for a new sofa. His approach was extremely helpful in offering various options tnat suited my style prefernce and lifestyle. I have to say this was the best furniture shopping experience I have ever had.

  I debated whether or not I wanted to share this review for a few days now and I decided to go ahead because I wanted to highlight the excellent customer service my husband and I received from an individual named Chad. (pretty sure Chad is short for something as the name on his name tag was different and I was not sure how to pronounce it.. sorry chad) Chad helped my husband and I find a pantry we had been looking for and appeared to be working very hard because he dropped what he had been working on to help us, which we really appreciated! Once we told him we wanted to purchase the pantry he brought us to the till to search it in the computer and ring us up. This is where I had an issue. The manager (not sure of her name, woman with brown curly hair and maybe glasses), came over to Chad and told him to stop helping us and go find the item in the warehouse. The manager was not doing anything at the time and was pretty rude about the direction she gave Chad when he was already in the middle of helping a customer and she wasn’t! She then said to get going because they were short staffed. As a manager myself, I did not find it appropriate to announce that in front of us, not our problem and he’s doing his job! She asked another female associate (Jeanelle) to help us and she wasn’t very kind as well. I just felt bad for Chad for how he was spoken to by his manager. Once Jeanelle started helping us, the manager stood there and didn’t do anything. The interaction really didn’t sit right with me and I wanted to share to highlight the excellent work Chad did for us because he probably doesn’t hear it often from a manager who bosses people around like that. We love our pantry and are happy with it. Thank you, Chad. I hope this manager learns better leadership skills. you can be good at the job of your staff but that doesn’t mean you’re a good manager. This occurred on April 12, 2026

  Sheryl it was absolutely fantastic… I wasn’t quite sure exactly what I was looking for. And with a few questions from her, we were able to pick out my window panels and rods. I will definitely refer my friends to her and JYSK..!❤️
