  I've had a few experiences with Access Storage now, and they've all been very positive. While living at a previous residence, my parents and I had a locker at the EK location. It was clean and secure. We used it for a number of years without incident. Fast forward nearly two decades, and I now have need of a storage locker of my own. It was both impressive and reassuring to see that the standards at Access Storage haven't dropped a bit in the intervening years. Both the front staff and the site manager at the overseeing location on Archibald have been incredibly friendly and helpful. The location I now rent a unit at is clean and secure. Based on my experiences, I'm confident that should any issue arise, staff will be responsive. I think the rates are competitive, and there are often promos running. Bonus tip for Costco members, if you look into their self-storage under Costco Services, Access Storage is actually the partner. I'd recommend obtaining your locker through their portal, as you'll be directed to Access Storage staff, receive the same prices and promos on their website, but also get Costco shop cards based on the length of your rental.
