I recommend her to help you thru the process. I knocked off 1 star specifically because there's an admin fee of $20 every month. Access is transparent about their fees which is appreciated, but I think is ridiculous to have an admin fee that's almost 10% of my monthly storage fee. This takes nothing away from the amazing customer service or the high quality of their storage space. Thanks for being great Michelle!
