  This location & team are wonderful! They gave us water offloading on a hot day, toured the available units with us and seamlessly accommodated our requests. I highly recommend getting Vrinda, CJ or Henry to help you with your storage needs!

  Extremely disappointed with this company. We called to rent a storage unit and clearly stated that we wanted our rental to start on May 30, when we would actually move our belongings in. Instead, they used May 23—the day we called to ask for information—as the rental start date in the contract. The worst part is that we didn’t receive the key or access to the unit until May 30, yet they still tried to charge us starting from May 23 for a unit we couldn’t even use. After we questioned this, they agreed to “credit” the week from May 23 to May 30. We also informed them that our last day would be July 1, and they emailed us confirming that the remaining balance due would only be $10.48. Despite that written confirmation, a few days ago they charged my credit card $103.94 without explanation. I immediately emailed them asking why, and I still haven’t received a response. The customer service has been terrible, communication is poor, and the billing is inconsistent. If you’re considering renting here, carefully review the rental start date in your contract before signing. Make sure it reflects the day you actually receive access to your unit—not the day you simply called to ask about renting ( they charged us CAD 30 that day ) I have the email confirming the credit and balance, as well as the unexpected credit card charge, which makes this experience even more frustrating.

  I thought customer service was a dead art. But a half hour discussing storage options with Vrinda and Henry taught me otherwise! Warm, welcoming, professional, and delightful. Access Storage couldn’t have better public-facing staff than these two. And the facility is spotless and instills confidence.
