- BBBearded1May 3, 20265.0Employee: Kayla 5+ Station: Paint Time: Noon I called to inquire about some paint and painting supplies for doing a renovation at my property. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kayla who was willingly to help and provide top rated service I would classify as going above and beyond. All my questions were answered. All my products were place on a cart for pick up upon arrival. Kayla even loaded the items in the car because my wife was picking them up and she had our children with her. Kayla was knowledgeable, friendly, appreciated the consumer, and provided service that made my first time shopping at Rona enjoyable there was a slight issue with the paint but that's more my fault than hers because I didn't pay enough attention to the products description. It was defintly worth the 2hr drive just because of her service and the effort she gave. The website itself needs to be updated across for the entire RONA company. It's slow, outdated, and doesn't show proper inventory in stock either and things for all Rona across Canada.

How do I find a product online?
Search using a keyword, product's name, Rona’s article number, and brand or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse the department to shop Rona’s large selection of items.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
When you receive an email from us telling you that your order is ready for pick-up, simply go to your selected store and locate the pick-up zone poster. You must bring your identification.

After you receive the email confirming that your order is ready, you will have 7 days to pick up your order. If your order is not picked up within this period, we will cancel it and refund you on your credit card.
