I went to Lowe's today as I do every couple days found that that they won't be marking down the plants it will only be 50% off even if it's dead the true story to this is if a dead plant is dead it will be thrown away or be dead it won't be save. I've been a loyal customer to Lowe's Have been shopping there for a very long time And it's kind of disappointing that the Madera location Was one of my best store that I shop to But because how they consider the plants and how try save them buy giving decent price for the customers . The customers Most of the plants won't bloom until next year so it's understandable why they mark them down and they try to Mark them to the decent price so customers can be able to purchase them and they won't get thrown away But unfortunately came to the news that the manager has told The employees that they can't Mark them down anymore Because For whatever reason he thinks it's best to just to have them half price if someone doesn't buy it go to trash. It sad. The fact that he rather have the Plant die and not be taken home it's really devastating. If a plant is priced at $39 it's 50% from that the plant is basically either dried up or has no flower or very little and it needs to be trimmed no one's paying 50% for a dead flower or to reimburse it. As much as a loyal customer I don't think I will be shopping at the Madera location anymore I rather be at Home Depot or the Fresno location. It's sad that it only takes the manager to do that to the customer who he should be happy are bringing in customers everyday took a purchase these plants that won't bloom until next year or that need an extra help but yet he rather price them half price. When we know most people won't buy them at that price because they need extra help. It is not the employee's faults I really love the employees I think they're amazing And because of them Is why I give two stars I could have given five because I just reviewed the actual website not too long ago and was so excited With all the employees That work there Super nice but it only takes one to become a Sour Patch Which is the manager Unfortunately the manager Should not be the manager But I will complain to Corporate about this Because he's basically making Less customer go to madera location!!! :) he's going to bring less traffic to the plant area just because of his ego.

Two very helpful employees- all others not so much. Came on a Saturday morning looking for tile. Even called ahead and made arrangements to buy the whole palate but once I arrived there was no communication among the employees as to who or where I could get help. Walked back and forth 7 times just looking for someone who could help. Finally, John operated the forklift and we were on our way.
May i suggest better means of communication between employees. Phones, walkie talkies, etc.
