I am Extremely disappointed with lowe' s and their flooring installation service . The hardwood floors were installed poorly-uneven loards, gaps , and sloppy work all around. Whats worse, their customer service was absolutely terrible. no one took responsibilty or retuned my calls. I spent a lot o money Expecting quality , but this has been nothing but stress and regret . I will never use lowe's for my home or my busniss Again.

Horrible customer service. I seems like employees treat Spanish speaking customers like they are less than. Especially since they likely won't call to complain to the store manager or corporate. Omar in particular doesn't know how to speak to customers and has a nasty attitude. We will not be shopping at the Lowe anymore.
