I wanted a man’s perspective, and the associate who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I believe his name was Ryan, he was wearing a cowboy hat and had a southern accent. He took the time to explain the different options, gave honest feedback and recommendations, and helped me feel confident in my purchase. Another young gentleman also assisted, and together they made the process smooth and stress-free. Ryan went above and beyond by helping me complete the purchase and arranging to have the flat iron shipped directly to my home. The level of customer service was impressive. I’ve noticed that Lowe’s has really improved over the years, associates are more knowledgeable about their products and know exactly where everything is. This experience truly stood out, and I was very impressed with the customer service I received.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
