I notice my rates did get higher but once I brought my concerns to the employees they help bring it down. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I have is the carts they lend out to help you move things around. I know their first come first serve, but maybe putting a limit on each storage unit/person so other’s can use them as well. I notice one unit was using 4 carts and some were not being used and I had to move heavy boxes from the second floor to first floor. It would have been nice if I had a cart to use.
