He was very helpful and understanding, and the interaction was not something that is commonplace in the world today. When I had first called regarding my issue, he was patient and took the time to listen. Upon my arrival, his courtesy and helpfulness was far more than simply saying “he went above and beyond” what was expected. He even helped me to navigate the facility and the app (that I somehow didn’t even know existed). Everything was just so smooth and effortless because Jose made it so. More often than not, customer service is not what it used to be, but that wasn’t true with Jose and this storage facility. He is a prime example of how someone should carry themselves in any business. I really could not have asked for a better experience, and I hope that Jose receives recognition for his exemplary service. Thank you, Jose, for helping me resolve an issue that I should have addressed long ago.

A couple of other people got robbed as well. The entrance is in an alley where there is drug attics hanging around there so they sneak in and wait until the gates close to break in people's storage units. They target the 1st floor mostly. Bad place to store your stuff.

They took the time to answer all my questions, explained the rental process clearly, and made everything quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. The facility is clean, well-organized, and feels very secure. Jose and Ed really go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. If you’re looking for storage, I highly recommend this location and especially working with them. Thanks again for the excellent service!
