  Worse experience as a customer ever. Not only does the owner treat you with absolutely no respect but if you want to get some help after you pay you're on your own because they won't get back to you. From the day I ordered my blinds until they got it the point where it's useable took nearly a year - there are still issues but they've completely stop responding. all along the way he will tell you the blinds doesn't work because of the poor construction of my home and even blamed our newborn baby. I would need to chase him over and over to get him to come and take a look at all the defective blinds. One example for one of the blinds. the draw string doesn't pull all the way up. after weeks of calling him he finally came over to take a look. his first reaction before doing anything was it's because of the poor construction of the window frame and becuase the draw string is mechanical it's hindering it from working properly. when i challenged this illogical reason i think he reasoned how absurd that sounded and finally agreed to replace it. as usual i won't hear back so after chasing for a few weeks he sent someone to replace this blind. this blind then worked fine so what happned with the poor construction that caused it now to work? As you can see all he does is make up reasons and hope you believe him becuase he tells you he's been doing this for a long time. Even his installer said me to he doesn't know anything about blinds. his other tactic to hope you go away is not to get back to you so all you can do is chase and chase and chase. he'll tell you he's always out on calls and super busy but each time you call the store he's there. Anyhow I won't say too much more but encourage everyone to just think very carefully before considering using them. I have pictures, videos, emails and text to back up all i've said.

  Steve, owner, is very professional and highly knowledgeable and was able to give me solid advise which helped me to make the right choices with the blinds . In addition I'm a landlord and Steve completely understood my situation and my budget and what I should spend wisely. I was pleasantly surprised the day of the installation. They were very fast . The entire installation took approximately 20 minutes (approx.). Honestly, the quality of the blinds and the workmanship are excellent.
