    LOWES NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I called 3 times and have been on hold for over an hour for a simple question I have for someone in the paint department. Out of principle, I will be taking my business to Sherwin-Williams instead.

    Only reason for the 5 stars is that they actually had a stove in stock at the store and i was able to pick it up. No online, waiting and paying for delivery. Lowes please have items in store, I HATE online.

    Horrible Experience — Complete Waste of Time Dealing with Lowe’s has been an extremely frustrating and time-consuming experience from start to finish. I initially ordered an assembled grill. After waiting approximately 10 days, it arrived unassembled in a box. Attempts to resolve this by phone were futile due to Lowe’s endless automated voicemail system and lack of live support. I went into the store and spoke directly with the manager. The grill was picked up, resulting in another full week lost. Lowe’s then re-delivered a poorly assembled grill, which was damaged by the delivery company due to improper handling. Once again, I waited another week. I returned to the store and spent over an hour addressing an issue that was entirely Lowe’s responsibility. The damaged grill was picked up again. I was told the next delivery would be handled correctly. After waiting yet another week with no call, I contacted the store and was informed the grill was sitting there unassembled, despite assurances otherwise. I was explicitly guaranteed by a representative that the grill would be delivered the following day. No one showed up. I called again, scheduled another delivery for Saturday, and was told it was confirmed. After waiting at home, I called only to be told the delivery was not even in the system. I was then told it would arrive in the morning. It finally arrived late in the afternoon. This experience reflects poor communication, lack of accountability, incompetent delivery handling, and repeated misinformation. Lowe’s wasted weeks of my time on an order that should have been straightforward. Completely unacceptable.
