I politely asked someone up front if there was anyone available that could help me locate 2 items, stating that I’d already asked and had not been able to locate what I was looking for. I told and showed her the two items. Instead of finding someone, she asks a coworker what aisle only one of the items is. Of course the answer is not what I was originally told. She just looks at me to go back again and search, ignoring the second item and that I clearly asked for assistance.
I would’ve happily waited if she just said “ let me locate someone, we’re a little busy ”, instead of completely ignoring what I just said. Instead of over explaining to someone who intent on the minimum, I just went somewhere else.

AMAZING customer service! Deshone and Milton were UNBELIEVABLE today!
I came in here with a whole list of things that my Contractor sent me for, and Milton literally walked me all around the entire store, helping me find all of the items I needed.
Then we get to paint and Deshone Help me pick the perfect color to paint our breakfast nook. And I picked the perfect color. I mean he went through like 30 different swatches with me and held them all together so we can find the best shade. Told me how to prime it told me exactly which brush and bucket I would need an even showed me two little samples to make sure I like them!!!!
So grateful for their help today. As a women in a hardware store I would have been lost without these two.
