They took advantage by HARASSING and THREATENING them to PAY the exorbitant price of $500 once they opened the door !!!!! I was unavailable to bring them the spare keys I have ( I don’t live there anymore and my child was home alone) and this HORRIBLE guy who works for this company HARASSED and emotionally PRESSURED my young stranded child who was alone and not fully dressed and unable to reach anyone for an hour to pay this OUTRAGEOUS SCANDALOUS PRICE by threatening them that if they did not pay, he would take action against them. This was done to a petite young black non-binary person. BE WARE of the racist, sexist, homophobic scamming company because it could happen to you. We called and they refused to pick up. My young adult child is TRAUMATIZED and was unable to leave a review so I had to do it on there behalf.
