He said that if he couldn’t open the doorknob with his tools, he’d have to drill it. He tried for about 30 seconds and said he had to drill it. He did and broke my doorknob completely. Asked if I wanted a new one for 250. I could buy and install a new one for less than 10. At first he said opening the door would be 275, but after opening, he said he needed to charge the emergency cost (95$). I really do not think opening a lock is that expensive, and I would like some of my money back.
