- GNGirlfrom NantucketNov 27, 20231.0It was an emergency service ( a padlock needed to be cut from a wooden garage door latch) late at night. They got to my place, looked at the lock and quoted me at $380. When I said that was too much, and asked if he would do it for $250, Dvir said he’d do it for $300. I asked again if he could do it for $250 and he said he’d do it for $280 and so I paid Dvir TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY DOLLARS (via Zelle) to cut a padlock off of a door because I did not have time to sit there and haggle. Dvir’s partner then cut the lock off of the door with a hand held rotary saw, shooting sparks everywhere, some of which hit me. No warning, no, “back up, this thing is about to send sparks flying everywhere.” Dvir then opened the unlocked door and stared into my garage and looked around at my belongings. I quickly shut the door and told them goodnight. The opening the door and looking at my belongings part was very weird and definitely not something he needed to do.
