I was shocked by the inflated estimate and immediately asked the technician to leave the premises. For context, my usual handyman charges $100 for the same job, but he wasn’t available that day. Consumer beware: This company’s bait-and-switch tactics are designed to exploit people under time pressure. I will never use them again, and I strongly urge others to steer clear.
