I had no attitude and approached the situation kindly, simply looking for information. Instead of being respectfully informed that the key would need to be replaced rather than reprogrammed, I was spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner and referred to as “girl,” which I found disrespectful and unnecessary. The interaction made me uncomfortable enough to leave without receiving any assistance. I understand that not every service can be provided, but professionalism and basic courtesy should always be. I am a kind person and was treated in a way that did not reflect that. This experience was very disappointing
