The original unit I purchased was too small so he helped me find another better unit for an amazing price. Customer service is really underrated these days but their kindness made such a difference in this process! This morning Janice called me to follow up since I started the process online. When I arrived Troy showed me the 5x5 unit to make sure I was happy with the size and it was perfect for my needs! The property is also only a couple years old and it looks brand new ! It was very clean and they have amenities like a restroom and water refill station. They also had carts i was able to use for a seamless move in. I am very pleased and excited for my storage unit. Troy and Janice went above and beyond with their customer service and made sure I understood my contract and was happy with my purchase. Troy also offered such great small talk which made move in more enjoyable! I recommend you book with this location! They are also running a really great and affordable promotion for February. If i could give a 10 ⭐️ review I would😊

Polite, efficient, helpful— great follow through and exceptional client service. It’s rare these days, but when you see it, it really makes such a big difference. Arturo helped me from beginning to end- getting the storage unit, providing me support moving my stuff in and out, and following up with any of my questions. I am super impressed, and I don’t impress easily. Thank you Arturo for your support.
